Student Housing

IUPUI on-campus communities provide secure and convenient living quarters to more than 1,100 students. A wide variety of IUPUI programs, events and activities offered in on-campus housing present students with a rich community life, and extended study networks.

Our residential communities provide academic support and programming to assist residents in successfully making the transition to IUPUI and maintaining their academic success. In fact, national statistics indicate that on-campus residents maintain higher grade point averages and have a higher graduation rate than those students who do not live on campus.
