  • Published by the U.S. Department of Labor, the Occupational Outlook Handbook provides job search tips, information on the job market in each state, and answers to frequently asked questions.
  • Vault is a comprehensive resource for career management and job search information, including insider intelligence on salaries, hiring practices, and company cultures.
  • MyPlan.com is home to the largest educational and/or career planning discussion board on the Web.
  • InterviewStream allows you to conduct practice interviews via webcam. After recording your answers, review the video to identify areas of improvement.
  • O*NET OnLine houses occupational information for hundreds of careers, along with descriptions of related skills and tasks.
  • LinkedIn is a network of professionals from around the world, representing 170 industries and 200 countries. Like Facebook for the working world, LinkedIN is becoming an increasingly important online networking tool.
