Physics Minor

Offered by: Department of Physics A physics minor is a great compliment to many science degree programs.

Minor requirements

A student who is interested in obtain a minor in physics must complete the following courses:

  • Phys 152 & 251
  • Phys 342
  • Phys courses: 300, 310, 330,400, 418, 442 or other PHYS class approved by the Department

Apply for a minor

Students interested in the Physics minor should complete the Physics Minor Check Sheet and Application and email the Physics Undergraduate Advisor.
Once the requirements for the Physics minor has been completed, the minor will be noted on the student's transcript.
